Brew Guide

"Getting closer to enjoying your beloved cup of South Indian coffee is made easier with the 'Traditional Filter Coffee Maker.' This coffee maker consists of four parts: the lid, the pressing stem, and the lower and upper perforated chambers.

To brew the coffee, simply place the upper chamber on top of the lower chamber. Next, add 3 tablespoons of ground coffee powder to the upper chamber and position the pressing stem over the powder. Evenly pour hot water over the pressing stem. The clever design of the pressing stem enables the water to slowly seep through the powder, creating a strong decoction that collects in the lower chamber. Now, cover the lid and let it brew for 5 minutes.

Once the brewing time is up, pour the rich decoction into a mug containing milk and sugar. For an extra touch, pour the mixture back and forth between the mug and another container. This aeration process creates a delightful foam and results in an exceptionally delicious cup of coffee."
